This Intellectual Property Policy explains how intellectual property (“IP”) rights are handled on Kingdomshirt.com, an online marketplace platform where independent sellers upload designs for use on made-to-order products. This policy applies to all users, sellers, buyers, and visitors who access or use the Platform.

2) Platform Ownership & Rights

All elements of the Kingdomshirt.com Platform, including but not limited to website layout, software, source code, functionality, user interface, trademarks, logos, graphics, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Geadox LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in writing, no portion of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or exploited without prior authorization from Kingdomshirt.com.

3) Seller Content & Design Ownership

Sellers retain ownership of the original designs, artwork, text, and other content they upload to the Platform (“Seller Content”), provided that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

By uploading Seller Content, sellers represent and warrant that:

• They own the content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it
• The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other IP rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies

4) License Granted to Kingdomshirt.com

By submitting Seller Content to Kingdomshirt.com, sellers grant Kingdomshirt.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the content solely for the purposes of:

• Operating and maintaining the marketplace
• Producing and fulfilling customer orders
• Marketing and promoting products and the Platform
• Displaying products to buyers

5) Buyer Use of Intellectual Property

Buyers may use purchased products for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise expressly permitted by the seller or applicable law.

Buyers may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or exploit designs or artwork appearing on products for commercial purposes without proper authorization from the rights holder.

6) Prohibited Intellectual Property Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Kingdomshirt.com:

• Copyrighted material uploaded without authorization
• Trademarks, logos, or brand names used without permission
• Fan art or derivative works that violate IP holder policies
• Content designed to mislead consumers regarding brand affiliation

7) Enforcement & Content Removal

Kingdomshirt.com reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that allegedly or actually infringes intellectual property rights, without prior notice.

Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination, including removal of seller privileges.

8) Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

Copyright infringement claims must be submitted in accordance with our DMCA Copyright Policy. Kingdomshirt.com responds promptly to valid notices and follows applicable legal procedures.

9) Limitation of Liability

Kingdomshirt.com is not responsible for IP violations committed by sellers or users. Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kingdomshirt.com and Geadox LLC from any claims arising out of intellectual property disputes related to their content.

10) Policy Updates

This Intellectual Property Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal, operational, or marketplace changes. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
