1) Overview

Kingdomshirt and our sellers want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2) Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is charged for approved returns or exchanges.

3) Items Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items when the following conditions are met:

  • Items show no signs of use
  • Neck labels and tags remain intact
  • Items are in original condition and packaging
  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

4) Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or different from the product description, it is always eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

No return required: In most approved cases, you do not need to send the product back. A replacement or refund will be issued after verification.

5) How to Request a Return or Exchange

Before returning any product, please ensure your item meets our return requirements.

  3. Provide the required information listed below

6) Required Information

  • Order number and customer information
  • Photos of the shipping label and packaging
  • Clear photos showing the defective, damaged, or incorrect area
  • Photos showing measurements (width & length) if wrong size is received
  • Item details for replacement (if requesting an exchange)

Note: For orders with multiple items, please provide photos or videos showing all items placed side by side on a flat surface.

7) Review & Resolution

After verification, eligible returns will receive one of the following resolutions within 7 business days:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Replacement item resent to your address

You may receive a replacement of the same or higher value. If the replacement item has a higher price, the price difference may apply.

8) Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior verification are not eligible for support
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may be declined
  • International orders are supported under the same return conditions
